Alure capital transferred 19,349,788 shares. 2,222,222 went to Ray Blight for $100k.
The other 17,127,566 shares must have gone to the strategic investor for $1,027,654 which works out at 6c/share. Would think this should set a floor in the share price at 6c. Wonder who this mystery investor is?
