Hang on a minute. Its not like he bought that amount of shares at market price. He exercised options around 20c a share.
So wouldn't the more logical reason be purely to by more shares at around half the price of the current SP, to the sell them on market either now or later?
Cant see how issuing more shares to the benefit of a director is good for everyday shareholders in any way.
Is RMS just going to keep kicking the can down the road at the benefit of directors or are they going to look after shareholders?
