No one on this planet would not buy RMS shares at 20c today given the opportunity. So it doesn't show his faith in the company at all, he simply bought a bunch of shares for half the price they are trading for (Who wouldn't?) and diluted the number of shares in the pool.
My point is that some companies are geared towards benefiting management, and others are geared towards achieving long term returns for all shareholders. RMS is testing my patience, valuation keeps me in though.
No one on this planet would not buy RMS shares at 20c today...
