    An 800k share on-market purchase by WGR of which Mr P G Cook is a director

    jt, you could be bang on the money about some corporate action involving WGR, who, if I'm reading this correctly, have now upped their direct stake in AAG to 20.15%

    Must WGR now make a formal takeover bid for AAG?

    Could see some fireworks tomorrow, that's if we don't go into a trading halt first...
