Yes David is a director, but he has practically no involvement in the development of the technology.

His job function is essentially just ensuring ASX compliance and lawfully abiding to the Corporations Act 2001, capital raising, investor relations, Australian tax laws and general administrative duties. In the past its even been mentioned that every director has a different idea on the overall value of the technology and from memory, David's (accounting guy) was at the lower end compared to the other directors (STEM nerds) who know and understand tech.

I also highly doubt that David has been provided any information of value such as metrics.

There are 2 thing that gives this company value and thats the capability of the memory chip and how well its marketed, neither of whic involves David. You can tell by the very bland ASX announcements. Currently its not being marketed at all (to the public) and the chip's capability is only given in broad, vague strokes. To me, assuming the tech isn't a dud, that there is still a lot of growth to be had. If it is a dud then the SP is about right and represents that.

Now assuming the tech is solid, then the SP will surge on the back of the chip being validated and should be relatively stable until that happens.

This is a big chunk of my super but I wont be selling a single share, just waiting for 2021
