Invest99, you are missing my point. Surely a company like Hunter Dickinson, who would have a huge pool of human resources to draw upon, would have considered not only the forestry permit, but the long term viability of ENK. Its not like they signed away blindly then as an afterthought said "well what about the forestry permit?" They dont work that way especially when US$60 million is in question. There was nothing in the agreement that stated "subject to forestry permit approval". End of story.
