    Notice that they are moving operations almost entirely over to the UK.

    Not sure they care that much about maintaining their ASX listing.

    Guess they got their start up capital from Australian shareholders and that any new money will come from the UK only. Maybe a consolidation at the same time as abandoning the ASX.
