    I can see how one would see this as a negative event, but given David Dicker's huge ownership in the company, I'm of a different opinion. Every time he's done something questionable, it has always turned out for the better of the company...

    My thoughts are more along the lines of this: David Dicker wants to give a full year guidance (from Jan to Dec) much earlier, all excluding integration costs, raise the SP as a result, then raise some capital to pay off debt.
    Of course, it could also indicate higher than expected integration costs.

    Luckily there is a huge alignment of interests, for all executive management and shareholders.
