re: Ann: Change in non Exec Director Sharehol... IVR's Company trading policy is as follows:
"Directors, management and other employees as nominated will not be permitted to trade in the Company's securities prior to any anticipated announcement to the ASX and for a 24 hour period after an announcement, provided that the person is not in possession of price sensitive information."
The term "prior to any anticipated annoucement" is a bit vauge, not specifying a period prior, but if they are in possession of information they must report it.
No actual date for an announcement can be determined but I read into it that it could be sooner than the 12th.
