re: Ann: Change in Ownership of Responsible E... Should have been clearer in my previous post. That was the valuation and loans on the US properties. They show all these valuations in the RRT financial results 08 on the ASX site. The original value of the properties when they bought them was $782m but that was written down to $629m in an independant valuation in june 08. They may have wanted to sell for $220m, but looks like no one was interested.
