Good analysis..... Yes, very hard when shorts almost exactly equal longs, low interest rates (so little income on spare cash-if any), a rising market, and a stagnant SP, does not a happy investor make ! Especially when this scenario to varying degrees, has been going on for years ! Interesting that JB has put out the dates for the buyback, knowing that someone who bought stock today, could allegedly sell 20% of the holding back to ALF the a reasonable premium in the near future ! In normal terms or times, one would expect to see an avalanche of buying.........it would appear that prospective investors are more knowledgeable about JB and his record or wary that if it looks too good to be true, it probably is !
