what I take as positive is yes Jayne has kept a descent portion of her ordinary shares and still retains her options, but more importantly a2 management have clearly learnt some lessons from last year.
Good accompanying explanation which lays down clearly what’s been sold, why and then points out that despite the sales management still hold significant stakes in our company.
much better and more detailed announcement this year to shut down shorters.
Shorters will be disappointed
