The timing of this announcement is extremely disappointing. You can draw your own conclusions about insider trading. The announcement came after market to supposedly give the market 4 days to digest the fact that the chief medical officer is leaving before FDA approval.

I am quite stunned by the announcement. There is no reason for his departure and no explanation given by either Neil or the company. It was a given that Neil was going to see this through to at least FDA approval.

I believe the stock will capitulate next week and gap down dramatically on Tuesday.

Given that the stock is already at a 52 week low the timing of this announcement could not be worse and for those who continue to say the company has no control of their share price just look at what effect this will have next week. Utterly unimpressed with PRR atm.
