AP can still own MEL if MAY distribute MEL shares to its shareholders, but sell the BYE shares. Block trade of MEL is only possible if MEL find gas and/or oil.
CR can be delayed if $5M hits the bank account from the Cuba deal. MAY can always sell 15% of Cuba and/or 10% of Beehive for cash to fund cuba.
