Yes I was enthusiastic about previous CEO Flora Furness but alas I was wrong. Despite revenue around the $80m mark a NPAT was lost in a sea of costs. Contrast that with prospective merger partner OSD which at least generates a reasonable profit. So hopefully a larger combined group can generate much better returns and can achieve an integration without too much pain.
Not sure what the new .org structure will look like bit I assume new LCM CEO remains in place and the OSD CEO reverts back to the CFO as that is his background.
Do you have any insights into what is wrong in WA?
