Heaps wait for the last minute, incl most of the insto's I guess. Until you get through the 20's many hope for another bidder, but as we creep up the 30's that seems more and more unlikely. I doubt IGO really care about getting over 90% in this first sweep. Probably expect to get well over 50 though.
I really don't care, as I really don't see it as a very good deal for IGO holders. I'd be happier to see the rest mopped up for cash (if at all), and then incrementally, once Tropicana cashflow is in hand.
