    Interesting to see that First Samuel have topped up twice since agreeing to sell out at 40 cent under the scheme.
    Maybe trying to build a blocking stake ?
    Maybe want to join the others in screwing ordinary shareholders ?
    Maybe just trying to buy at 38c to get a 2 cent profit on a few million more shares ?
