This system only works if the local habitat is conducive to the recovery of fishing stocks. If the water becomes too polluted then the fish move on to better locations. I rather think that this recent fiasco will mean that the smart money is long gone. Only the dumb money will be around to hoover up the shares and even then not much of that.
