management have had their chances and yet pay themselves higher wages and bonuses based on "internal KPI's"!!!. No downramping here just plain facts!!! no dividend so whats the attraction here???. and if no dividend next year then what???.
no response to what happened with Hexima JV, how are bonuses determined (no independent review there - all in house), why would anyone want to rock the boat when they are being paid so flaming well and what have SH's received from all this??? my perception is that transparency is lacking and has been for a while - god only knows what is really happening!!
what we really need and I don't understand why it hasn't happened - we need Grays votes to strike out the current mob and get some real movers/shakers back in the leadership role - IMO too much of a comfort zone and the importance of SH's long lost - all IMO.
