they IMO were holding out for a tax free dividend that could have justified holding for a while longer - but when that didn't come and given the collapsing SP what choice do they have?. IMO should have been sold off long ago but the dividends were attractive in the past as far as rates of return go - but no doubt will be some uncomfortable capital losses here and IMO will be a long time before another insto or managed fund buys into this schmozzle!
IMO dust still not settled as the next move may come from Eli and so the management could be putting into place measures to prolong their longevity if they feel that could also be in jeopardy - all IMO but could be wrong!
