This has been debated over the years so much by so many. If a stock has moved up a lot it's normal. There are lots of harmless reasons why insiders sell. I'd not because the think it's not going to go up. Tax is probably #1.
What's impressed me is our management HAVEN'T sold yet. and they are living off their savings! I can't remember when I've ever seen that.
I'd expect a bit of selling from them but, no...they are hanging on.
