PAP buying before Placement, then participated in placement then bought more on market at these levels. Therefore I infer PAP is not intending to sell and is supportive of AGY. Total shares held is equal to 31M so PAP is thinking big and long term. If he can maintain 1 year hold than he will aim for CGT.
Peter Lloyd from DAF seems to not been selling after notes conversion too.
My impression is that management have aligned major shareholders to AGYs long term strategy.
That gives me confidences long term.
