    retrac I can tell you why Steve because with 38% between Colin & BCN & another 15% from smart MXR holders that adds up to over 50% & AAR can go from their & if you want to be a minority shareholder good luck with that.!!!! AAR can then underwrite the next MXR 3c CPR and pick up another 10% !!!!!
