    Hi Retrac, yes point taken, perhaps I should have said 'expected minimum of $0.07 per share equivalent' or 'expected to be underwritten at minimum $0.07 per share equivalent'. Any more is welcome, and I hope that the MXR Board successfully negotiates an attractive takeover price for MXR shareholders.
