These professionals completed their de-risking because they know the company very well. They expected the FDA would highlight these known issues and on balance, the market would potentially freak out. Well, it was a good call and that's the advantage of a disciplined player and the fact that they own a crap load of shares, the SP had a good run and the volume was there to sell into. They certainly didn't pick the top.

I think the pros who know the in's and out's of the FDA process and how MSB fits into will be making the money here. Retail on the whole will be doing what they are good at, buying high and selling low.
