It looks like AMWD has sold a large percentage of their holdings (down from 8.22% to 2.91%), but what that has to do with Bacchus I'm not sure. The number of shares held by Bacchus doesn't change in this notice.

And then there is the cryptic note which says:

"It is arguable that AMWD and Bacchus may be considered to be associates pursuant to clause 12(2) (c) of the Corporations Act in that Bacchus may be considered to be a person with whom AMWD is acting, or proposing to act, in concert in relation to Thomson Resource's affairs, although both AMWD and Bacchus deny this"
