    Could T2 be privately negotiating a higher price with some minority shareholders and increasing their shareholding? Need to look into the legality of this.

    I guess if you don't accept the proposed unfair value offer by T2 you can elect for court assessment of that price.

    Happy for T2 to call me and take my minority parcel for $5 p/share.
