    If 1% is 100, then we know they don't have more than 100.

    They need to have between 80 and 100 for them to compulsorily acquire under the Takeover Offer.

    Anything under 80 is good for remaining shareholders.

    We will find out in due course if they have between 80 and 100, or less than 80.
