As far as I am aware it blocks a clean takeover and consolidation of company assets into another entity and consolidation of accounts etc. Forces arms length transactions at market values etc.
15% is I want a board seat for my man. I am sure he will have a clear head and a working brain, unlike anyone involved in buying Darques with money that should have been kept for Federation.
IMHO someones plans to make money out of the current predicament and the company shareholders have just been kazumped.
I expect to see a brain appointed to the board in the very near future immediately after a Director retires for health or family reasons or over commitments.
That bodes well for existing shareholders at above current value.
