Interesting development. Brazil Farming from a bit of brief research would definitely have the ability to support any sort of financing package, I also struggle to see how it a discounted raise would be in their best interest . Last reference I can find is from 2016 AFR article quoting Franklin Brazil's networth as being 220 mil to 300 mil. You just have to look at top 20 lists across the small cap ASX and Brazil Farming Pty Ltd is a regular examples include MCR and CTP. I definitely think this story has more to play out.
