As previously mentioned Brazil Farming is owned by Franklyn Brazil. His son Ben, was the head of debt-investment at Macquarie the same bank rumored to being tapped on the shoulder to carry out SPP for Aurelia. There are coincidences and then there's putting 2 and 2 together. He clearly will take a very large chunk of the company at the very least, potentially a controlling stake.
