Just as a reminder.
Ian Buchhorn & Associates received ca 3.2M GRL shares via 3:1 conversion from his ARL holding.
IB & Associates bought another 3.5M GRL shares at IPO for a total of AUD 700K.
TTBOMK, he is the only board member stomping up some serious cash and took a 20% haircut like us thanks to the CR.

While the CR is done & dusted, lots of questions remain.
Under the premise 'a leopard never changes its spots', understanding the who, why and how might teach us something for the future.

My back of the envelope calcs show that without this CR and the attached options, GRL could have expected another AUD 10.6Mil from a 100% conversion of options until the end of 2022:
