    Wondering why now? Funds typically restructure to split their funds, so they can go below the radar, and sell out so nobody is none the wiser. In this case, they are pooling the funds together. Maybe they see the opportunity for something big? Maybe they want to have a larger negotiating position when there is a deal on the table to get a higher price? Maybe it's for tax reasons? Whatever the reason, this is looking great for XAM!
