My guess is, as in the past, they are constantly getting approaches to sell some of their holdings, especially from super funds, instos, etc, after all, they do hold a fair old whack and it's a perfect long term hold for those kinds of institutions.
"The Board has been advised that Claiward Pty Ltd will continue to hold more than 40% of the Company’s shares and Claiward Pty Ltd does not intend to sell further shares at this time." - We'll see how long this lasts if the SP and demand keeps going the way it is, everyone has their price, $100 on the horizon?
