    Things are not adding up between this notice and previous placement notices on April 22nd x2 and 29th April.

    Here it says Clealand has "paid" $1.2mil for 26mil shares, u.e., about 4.6c a share. It is said they got the shares through placement and on market purchase. The placement was at 2.8c a share, meaning Clealand would have paid more that 4.6c a share for the on market purchase portion. WELL, over the last month the average SP has been about 3.5c, and not many shares were sold/bought. So, did Clealand really pay for these shares as stated in the announcement?

    Can someone please double check this?
