The directors issued themselves performance rights at the 2019 AGM for their "sacrifices", and they were to convert if the share price was 2.5c over 20 consecutive days. Well those performance rights converted recently but when you look back at the announcements between that 2019 AGM and now, they didn't actually do much outside of updating the activities report a couple times. They got lucky with a "rising tide". You're right, they need to have intentions of moving forward.
