@Seth, we cannot discount the possibility that a new insto investor could have taken a decent bite of the placement since anywhere upto 11.5 million shares approximately could be purchased ( upto 5% of the register) without the need to disclose. In fact, who knows, even several instos could have waded in but keeping their holdings below the 5% disclosure ruling.
