what i mean joe is i reckon that is designed to get buyers to back fill the bid lines and close the bid/offer spread.
nsx had a bit of cash without saudi money but they do hold a stock exchange licence.... so need to look sorta better than a spec mining company in my mind.
u would have to think that saudi is going the same way as the carbon exchange.........
