Im not so sure there were some very specific posts hon HC about the Bolivian project RAU could have been made uncomfortable with these posts and felt it had to make an ann early I notice Vista has not announced or filed yet so maybe they had planned to ann later this week but the HC chatter forced them to ann early
JK could have hardly said he knows nothing to a speeding ticket so its not that far off the mark IMO
