No, COE didn't reduce it's holdings. Bass had a capital raising that COE didn't take part in, and were diluted as a result. I don't see the need for them to be splashing cash on corporate activity right now. Give it a few months for Sole to switch on and start delivering cash and we can talk, but it's a little too soon right now.
Also, if they increased their holding above 20% like you're suggesting, they automatically have to make a takeover offer.....that's definitely not something we want them doing right now.
