What's required to attract institutional investors to 5GN ?
Once again I am most impressed with this takeover by Joe Demase the MD of 5GN.
Its logical, synergistic and potentially profitable.
I am disappointed with the market response & lack of faith in 5GN.
5GN will grow cash within 12 months from AUCyber to enable flipping of shares or more likely be swallowed up by a better board team such as Megaport or even more likely NEXTDC.
Joe in my opinion is incredible at Acquisitions for asx:5GN at a very fair value relative to revenue X within the Tech sector with a proven successful record of merging at risk unrelated data centre business.
For example Melbourne IT group targeting small business customers was integrated into an Enterprise business named 5GN with a timely significant turn around sale to produce a crazy amount of ca$h.
Unfortunately Investors saw no significant returns however the cash balance often exceeds the market capitalisation and 5GN is nowhere near the asx 300 or listing on the NASDAQ.
