It's a positve that SW strategically invested SH funds into CZN at $0.035, yet dodged investing into CZN's latest CR at $0.0065, isn't it? Surely the strategic investment opportunity of using SH funds to invest in CZN at these levels is better?

Maybe if SW didn't "strategically invest" SH funds into CZN, then BSX wouldn't need to pay exhorbitant fees on R&D rebate loans. It does make his strategic investment of SH funds into NC1 resulting in a +$700k loss look like a genius move..
Maybe if BSX had $3.1M in the bank as per the latest announcement, there was no need to blow SH funds on $1M worth of R&D rebate loans at exhorbitant rates just to make the books look better for the upcoming qrtly report.
Just imagine if SW had strategically invested those SH funds into BSX.
Oh well, the unicorn DFS, due Jul 23, is only months away, still. But don't worry, this delay won't affect getting into production timelines, nor the the myriad of funders just waiting to throw money at the project.
