I agree dCn with kin's bold and commendable move is now in a better position then previous. if I was still in dcn, agree wouldn't be rushing to accept offer as it stands. getting best of both atm. changed board, renewed focus and few parties having a tussle .. it can only add value to SP at this stage. kin will get a good deal for its ore regardless. no point owning the whole mill or company if they can get a good processing deal .
