I completely agree bigbadbear. EBIT in DSK 6 monthly update was $26M depending on treatment of their retail leases as interest, gives NPAT around $18M. Adjusted for seasonality they should be pushing $30M NPAT annualised. Use whatever PE you want but whoever got them at $2.40 (market cap $150M) should be saying thank you.
Other interesting thing with DSK Geoff Wilson always says when their is an earnings upgrade/downgrade it is usually followed by more. DSK had a small earnings upgrade on listing then a further one in the trading update so I’d really wonder what has happened here.
