What would bring you to that conclusion?
SOL was knocked back at $27 so no one else would be considering a lower offer than that and wasting everyone's time, so maybe an offer for the entire company at around $30 - $31 would start the ball rolling.
Price action on market in the last few days is very promising.
Unless anyone on this thread has any inside info all guesstimates are just that.
