In fact that probably explains why he has sat on cash at about 30% of the fund and only more recently run it down to a high 17%. With higher interest rates now he can shoot the lights out with outperforming his benchmark (I.e. no performance benchmark), and collect fees with zero risk. Well played geoff, as he puts it himself one of the 4 rules in getting shares to trade at NTA, treat the shareholders with respect.
