Question is; is WAR a buy at $1 with a look through NTA of $1.35 with a fee of 1% of FUM and 20% of any performance above the high water mark.
I am not sure where else i can get $1.35 of assets for $1 so happy to buy stock at $1 pay the 1% fee on FUM and keep 80% of the growth from here in NTA.
If you can tell me where I can do better than this i am all ears.
