Interesting move with both TGP and TOT now holding shares. With an internal management model it is obvious TP sees value in buying up IAP at these numbers. The obvious upside is in the industrial portfolio but the whole of IAP is too big for TGP and TOT so they must be looking to influence management to unlock some of the value.
The alternative view is that they will retain a passive holding. I think this unlikely given TP’s history but it is not a bad fallback position.
