As for HF, there is surely HF at some point in the Sileach process. That's THE problem. Anyone that ever works in a process plant like myself understands intimately the presence of fluctuation in any process. There is no such thing as perfect mix as in a lab experiment that runs for a few hours, then has to stop. And that's why if you see HF in the mix, you will end up with it, and you have to deal with it.
