    To answer your question: I make these comments to inform the uninformed. It is simple chemistry I'm afraid. Fluoride minerals in a strong inorganic acid will generate HF.

    With respect to L-max, I have had a look at their PFS. They have referenced a consumption of acid as well as the expected production cost of $2000/t of lithium carbonate net of byproduct credits. This is all for a Phase 1 plant producing 3000tpa of lithium carbonate.

    All very open and transparent - quite a contrast in my opinion.
